The Fire Flow class takes place in a room heated to 95°-100°.  Each class is uniquely designed to challenge all levels with modifications given for beginner and advanced yogis.  The class is fun, challenging and will have you moving, breathing and sweating! The added element of heat challenges the body as well as the mind - helping to detoxify and invigorate the you. You will explore various poses to work the entire body.  You are encouraged to work at a level that is appropriate for you and take modifications as needed to honor your body. This class will help you build strength and flexibility leaving you feeling charged and energized. Bring a towel and expect to sweat!

This class is taken at a slower pace with emphasis on a mindful practice through breath, poses + meditation. You will explore sweet restorative poses as well as easy flowing movement. Great for beginners to advanced yogi’s looking to deepen the mental side of their practice with a slower paced class.

Hot 26 is a series of 26 postures practiced in a room heated to 100°-105°. This tremendously healing series will access every muscle, joint and organ in your body while building strength, flexibility and improving overall health. You will be challenged mentally and physically. Bring a towel and expect to sweat!

This class is for kids (Ages 5-12). Your child will experience yoga through fun, interactive play where kids get to explore animal poses, sing, make artwork and take imaginative expeditions to the rainforest, outer space, the North Pole and much more! You child will also learn self-calming techniques through basic breathing exercises and visualizations. Studies have shown yoga can help to improve your child’s focus and concentration as well as boost self-esteem and confidence.

This Mat Pilates class is designed to strengthen the core, tone muscles and improve flexibility. A great compliment to your yoga practice, Pilates will challenge the body in a low impact manner, utilizing precise and small muscles movements and coordination. 
In this class you are guided into relaxing poses that allows the body to gently release unnecessary stress and tension.  Soft, supportive bolsters, blankets and blocks are used to support the body in poses that are held for approximately 5 minutes. Moving at a significantly slower pace this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.

The Rocket Vinyasa series are modifications of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary and Intermediate series. The Rocket routines renew energy and vitality in the body by working directly on the joints and stimulating all of our bodies systems. Each class is designed to wake up the nervous system and feed it the precious prana it craves while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice. Start your weekend feeling energized, focused + calm. This class is designed to ease away the stress from your week with conscious breath work, poses to build strength and longer stretching poses to relieve tension.  While some vinyasa/flow elements may be incorporated into the class this is not a classic vinyasa/flow class.

This is a fun class that incorporates the fluidity of breath and movement. Each class is uniquely designed to allow you to explore and play within your own body. It incorporates poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Basic knowledge of sun salutations is recommended but not necessary.

This class is the perfect way to unplug from the stress and tension of your week and reconnect to you. Expect some easy flow movements to loosen your body followed by a combination of calming restorative and yin poses to recharge and rejuvenate your body and mind.

In this class you are guided into seated or lying poses that are held for approximately 3-5 minutes. This allows access into the deeper layers of the muscles and joints to optimize mobility and release stagnant energy blocks. This class is especially good for quickly improving flexibility. Moving at a significantly slower pace this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.

This is a slower paced class designed to allow students who are new to yoga {or haven’t been in a while} to familiarize themselves with basic yoga poses. There will be heavy emphasis on alignment and proper breath technique. Students are encouraged to ask questions during class.
