Meditation Mondays: A Four Week Series
Meditation and Gong is an introduction to meditation for beginners. Come to one class, or all three! The class is 45 minutes and includes Pranayama (breath work), gentle stretching, and meditations designed to help the student experience a deeper level of awareness, healing, stress relief, and a general sense of calm and peace in daily life. At the end of each session, the student will experience the healing sound of the gong which helps to release subconscious blocks to growth. If you are looking to quiet the mind, this is exactly what you need.
