Danialle Dupree, ERYT

I found yoga in my mid-teens, drawn in by the mental and physical peace it offered me. There was no doubt in my mind that I would one day attend a teacher training program so that I could share it's benefits with others. I am a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher, have completed Yin Yoga training and am working towards my 500-hr certification. My passion lies in all aspects of yoga's therapeutic benefits and my continuing education is focused in that vein.

  • Saturday Sunrise Yoga
  • Start your weekend feeling energized, focused + calm. This class is designed to ease away the stress from your week with conscious breath work, poses to build strength and longer stretching poses to relieve tension.  While some vinyasa/flow elements may be incorporated into the class this is not a classic vinyasa/flow class.
    All Levels • Temperature: 76°-78°

  • Yoga Basics 101
  • This is a slower paced class designed to allow students who are new to yoga {or haven’t been in a while} to familiarize themselves with basic yoga poses. There will be heavy emphasis on alignment and proper breath technique. Students are encouraged to ask questions during class.
    All Levels • Temperature: 76°-78°
    Great for: Strength • Flexibility • Toning • Stress Reduction• Cultivating Inner Peace

  • Restorative
  • In this class you are guided into relaxing poses that allows the body to gently release unnecessary stress and tension.  Soft, supportive bolsters, blankets and blocks are used to support the body in poses that are held for approximately 5 minutes. Moving at a significantly slower pace this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.

  • Yin Yoga
  • In this class you are guided into seated or lying poses that are held for approximately 3-5 minutes. This allows access into the deeper layers of the muscles and joints to optimize mobility and release stagnant energy blocks. This class is especially good for quickly improving flexibility. Moving at a significantly slower pace this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.

  • Vinyasa
  • This is a fun class that incorporates the fluidity of breath and movement. Each class is uniquely designed to allow you to explore and play within your own body. It incorporates poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Basic knowledge of sun salutations is recommended but not necessary.

  • Wind Down Yoga
  • This class is the perfect way to unplug from the stress and tension of your week and reconnect to you. Expect some easy flow movements to loosen your body followed by a combination of calming restorative and yin poses to recharge and rejuvenate your body and mind.
    All Levels • Temperature: 76°-78°
