In this class you are guided into relaxing poses that allows the body to gently release unnecessary stress and tension. Soft, supportive bolsters, blankets and blocks are used to support the body in poses that are held for approximately 5 minutes. Moving at a significantly slower pace this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.
